A healthy and nutritious plant-based drink. It is an excellent alternative for those who are intolerant to cow’s milk.



1 cup (200 ml) of Vera Almond natural almonds
4 cups of water - if you prefer it more consistent, use less water.

Wash the almonds and leave them to soak from one day to the next

Drain them and keep the liquid


Blend in a liquidiser with 4 cups of water.


Use a sieve or muslin cloth to strain.


Ready! The recipe’s done. You can drink it straight away or keep it in the fridge. On average, it will keep for 3 days.
